We are now receiving consignments by photo and contract so that we can go ahead and advertise to find buyers! We also like to go ahead and get everything on the online bidding system! We start receiving onsite on Monday, July 7th, through Friday, July 11th, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. If you want your consignments to be included on the online bidding system, they must be consigned by 5 PM on Wednesday, July 9TH!!!

PAYMENT: CASH IS KING! Cashier’s checks will be accepted. Business and personal checks will be accepted, but they must be provided with a bank letter of guarantee. Credit cards will be accepted with a 3.8% convenience fee.
WIRE TRANSFERS for domestic transfers, you will be charged $10; for international wires, you will be charged $25.
There will be a 5% buyer premium added to all final bids for in-person bidders and a 7% buyer premium for all online bidders, added to all final bids. You will not bid online and come to the auction expecting to pay the in-person premium. If you bid online, I do not care where you did it from, you will pay the online premium.
Payment for online bidders also takes place either in person or by any of the other methods. Equipment facts does not collect your money from its website.
6% KY sales tax will be applied to all final bids unless you have a Kentucky farm exemption certificate up to date, or a KENTUCKY, yes, you read that correctly, you must have a KENTUCKY resale exemption certificate up to date. If you live in another state, you can still apply and receive a KY farm-exempt or resell certificate. Payment must be made in full by 3 PM on Monday, 7/14/2025. You WILL NOT remove any item from the auction location until payment has been successfully received by Optimal Auction Group.
If you bid and don't pay, I will ensure that you are banned from EQUIPMENT FACTS and PROXIBID as well as all Optimal Auction Group future auctions, and it won’t stop there! We will use the fullest extent of the law to our ability! So just don't do that, and you will have a great auction experience!
REMOVAL: No item will be removed unless payment has been received. All items must be removed by July 15th, 2025! You are responsible for shipping your own equipment we will load you, and we will have loaders from 8-5 on auction day, 8-5 on Sunday, and Monday 8 AM-5 PM and 8-5 on the last loading day, which is Tuesday, July 15th, 2025. We will not ship or get a third party on your behalf; that is your responsibility. I can connect you with a transporter. I recommend you use Fr8star hauling, and you can find them on Google. Optimal Auction Group is not responsible for any damage that may occur during this process to the items or persons performing or receiving these tasks.
